It's not as shiny as depicted and the lights are very dim. I'm not sure what I was expecting but this was not as exciting as I thought.

First, I own different Thomas Kincade Christmas Items and must say that almost none of the moving parts work. That means if the item has a moving train, most of the time the train does not work. The only ones I have not had problems with are the reading Santa and the Christmas Snow Village. The Kincade cuckoo clock also does not work (the bird does not come out and t he clock does not run) and with the glass dome Christmas tree the train also does not run.
Now to this item. The hands and head of the Snowman are glued to the body. They did not last one Christmas. First Christmas (last year) the one hand fell off. This year the other hand and also the head. I think that the glue does not hold up in warmer, more humid climates. And again, the train does not run. The music plays fine, but as is this item cannot be used.
My Kinkade makes beautiful art; however, the company that makes and distributes the items should produce quality, not this junk.
All in all not a happy customer.

Bought this for my wife, who is always dressing our home for the holidays. She loved it and found a special place to display it. Great contribution to the Christmas spirit.
